    • Women who want unwavering self-trust and unapologetic confidence

    • Endless talking therapy that reopens wounds without resolution

  • Jessica specialises in the concept of self-trust. Self-trust is rebuilt by changing the subconscious beliefs that drive doubt, fear, or self-abandonment.

Through guided hypnosis, Jessica helps clients reconnect with their own voice, rebuild confidence in their choices, and feel at home in themselves again.

  • Traditional therapy often focuses on analysing problems at a conscious level.

Jessica’s work goes deeper, addressing the 95% of the mind that runs on subconscious patterns. This makes change faster, more profound, and longer-lasting.

  • Yes. The Homecoming Method works alongside therapy, coaching, or medical treatment. It addresses the subconscious patterns at the root of behaviour, so it often enhances the effectiveness of other approaches.

  • In general, yes. But asking if all hypnotherapy is ‘good’ is a bit like asking if all haircuts are good, it depends on what you want and who you go to. Hypnotherapy itself is a safe, evidence-based practice where you remain in control at all times. Jessica is a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist, trained at the Quest Institute, and works to the highest ethical standards.

  • Each session begins with the goals we’ve agreed on together, clear in intention yet flexible in how we reach them. From there, we explore the emotions standing in the way before moving into guided hypnosis tailored to your needs. You might experience deep relaxation, vivid imagery, or a powerful shift in perspective. During the session, I’ll also record a bespoke meditation for you to listen to daily until our next meeting, helping the work settle in. Between sessions, I’m available on WhatsApp to support you with anything that arises. Clients leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more resourced.

  • Jessica is known for blending clinical expertise with creativity, symbolism, and deep compassion. She created the Homecoming Method, is the author of Homecoming Meditations, and has been recognised by Tatler and the Evening Standard for her work.

  • Over the years, clients have described Jessica’s work as life-changing.

Many have healed long-standing trauma that had shaped their lives for decades, dissolved phobias they thought would never lift, released the weight of burnout, and rebuilt the kind of confidence that carries into every area of life. They often speak about feeling, for the first time, truly at home in themselves.

Clients come from many walks of life. Some are preparing for marriage, others are navigating career changes, and many are rebuilding after heartbreak, loss, or burnout. They arrive carrying long-standing trauma, phobias, or patterns of self-doubt, and leave with a renewed sense of confidence and clarity. They describe the work as fast, deep, and lasting, not only bringing change in the moment but giving them tools they continue to use long after. Again and again, they report feeling lighter, freer, and more at home in themselves.

  • Absolutely. Jessica sees clients who are both formally diagnosed and self-identified as neurodivergent. In fact, around 95 percent of the people she works with fall into this category or show traits of ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence.

This insight comes from her years of experience with clients who display ADHD-related patterns. Jessica intentionally avoids the rigid label of “ADHD therapist” because she finds that bureaucracy and fixed titles can get in the way of what really matters: outcomes.

As someone who has ADHD herself, Jessica understands the challenges it can bring. The strategies and techniques she uses are designed to be practical and empowering, helping clients manage symptoms and choose how they want to show up in life. Her focus is always on tangible solutions and lasting results, not on labels.

  • Yes. Jessica explains that almost everyone can experience hypnosis, although people may hold different ideas of what it looks like. If you have ever been fully absorbed in a song, a story, a poem, or even persuaded by an advert to want something you didn’t need, you have already experienced a trance state.

She emphasizes that hypnosis is not about swinging watches or stage tricks. In a therapeutic context, it is about freedom rather than control. Hypnosis helps gently reprogram the attachments and patterns that keep people stuck and hold back their potential.

Through trance, clients gain access to the subconscious parts of the mind where change can truly happen. In this calm, focused state, they can make sense of unwanted thoughts or feelings and discover their own solutions. Jessica often describes it as rebooting the mental software so clients can regain control of their lives.

For anyone uncertain about hypnosis or curious to explore it further, Jessica offers the chance to discuss it in a discovery call.

  • There is no single right answer. Jessica encourages people to listen to what feels most supportive for them.

What she brings is a unique combination of qualifications as a hypnotherapist, coach, and trauma healer. This allows her to adapt her approach to the client’s needs, whether that means coaching to achieve a specific goal or deeper therapeutic work to process trauma.

Instead of requiring clients to work with multiple professionals, Jessica offers a holistic framework that integrates both coaching and trauma healing, ensuring every need is addressed in a unified and effective way.

  • Housekeeping.

After Homecoming, Jessica offers a tailored maintenance program that can be used as and when it is needed.

The philosophy behind Homecoming is to leave clients so well resourced that they no longer rely on weekly therapy. Towards the end of the program, Jessica and her clients decide together what ongoing support, if any, feels right for the next stage.
