Terms & Conditions1. Scope of ServicesThe services provided are tailored to your individual needs. While every effort will be made to support your goals, due to the personalised nature of this work, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.2. Payment TermsPayment is due at the price stated on the checkout page or Stripe/Klarna payment link for the service selected. All fees and payment plans will be clearly outlined prior to checkout. Payment must be made in full, or via the agreed instalment plan, before services commence.Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Klarna. If your payment fails or your card details expire, you agree to update your payment method promptly. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Late payments may incur fees and recovery costs.All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.3. Refund PolicyDue to the digital and transformational nature of the services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Choosing not to participate, changing your mind, or dissatisfaction with outcomes does not entitle you to a refund.By proceeding with a purchase, you confirm that you have the financial capacity to make this investment and accept full responsibility for meeting your payment commitment.4. Programme Start & DurationYour agreement becomes effective upon receipt of your first payment. Services must be completed within the agreed timeframe and during the same calendar year, unless otherwise arranged.5. Client Records & ConfidentialitySession notes may be taken to support your progress and are available to you upon request. These records are securely stored in line with GDPR and retained for a minimum of five years. Your confidentiality will be maintained at all times, except where disclosure is required by law, or where withholding information could result in harm to yourself or others.Any information shared with other health professionals will only be done with your explicit consent.6. Professional StandardsJessica Boston is a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and abides by its Codes of Ethics and Conduct. The NCH provides a complaints process, available on request.7. Supervision & Professional DevelopmentAnonymous details from sessions may be shared with supervisors or professional peer groups for the purpose of ongoing professional development. This will never compromise your identity or confidentiality.8. Health DeclarationBy agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are not currently diagnosed with a psychiatric condition, psychological illness, or epilepsy, and are not under psychiatric care, unless previously disclosed. Any relevant medical or psychological history must be disclosed before services begin.9. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.10. Intellectual PropertyAll content, materials, and resources provided during your programme remain the sole property of Jessica Boston, are protected by copyright, and are provided for your personal use only under a single-user licence.You may not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any programme materials without prior written permission. Breach of this may result in legal action, and you agree to indemnify Jessica Boston for any associated losses or damages.Audio recordings and digital resources must not be used while driving or operating machinery. These materials are confidential and must not be shared. Access to digital files will remain available for a reasonable period after your final session to allow for download and personal storage.11. Communication PolicyCommunication outside of scheduled sessions will be limited to email or text, unless otherwise arranged. Responses will be prompt, but replies over weekends or bank holidays may take up to two working days.12. Client Conduct & TerminationRespectful engagement is expected at all times. Any aggressive, anti-social, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of services without refund.Privacy Notice & GDPR Compliance
Jessica Boston is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. Your data is collected for the purposes of service delivery and record-keeping, and is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.

Session notes and programme history
Invoicing records for financial compliance
Your information is never shared without your consent, unless required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Your data is used to:
Manage client records
Fulfil legal obligations (e.g. HMRC)
Verify professional accreditation (e.g. NCH)
Send updates or offers, if you have opted in — you may unsubscribe at any time
Data may be stored or processed using secure, GDPR-compliant third-party providers, including Flodesk and Squarespace.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.
If you choose to pause your programme, unused sessions will remain valid for up to three months from your last session. Refunds are not available for partially completed programmes.
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that meaningful transformation requires personal commitment. If you have any concerns about your progress or plan, please raise them during your sessions.
