Terms and Conditions of Service
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By ticking the box and proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms, which form a binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Jessica Boston (the "Mentor").
1. Scope of Services
You understand that the services provided are tailored to your individual needs. While every effort will be made to support your goals, due to the personalised nature of this work, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
2. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the price stated on the checkout page or Stripe/Klarna payment link for the service selected. All payment plans and fees will be clearly outlined prior to checkout and agreed to by you. Payment must be made in full or via the agreed instalment plan before services commence.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Klarna. If your payment fails or your card details expire, you agree to update your payment method immediately. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Late payments may incur fees and recovery costs.
All payments are final, non-disputable, and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and transformational nature of the services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Choosing not to participate, changing your mind, or being dissatisfied with the outcomes does not entitle you to a refund.
By proceeding with this purchase, you confirm that you have the financial capacity to make this investment and accept full responsibility for meeting your payment commitment.
4. Programme Start & Duration
Your agreement becomes effective upon receipt of your first payment. Services must be completed within the agreed timeframe and during the same calendar year unless otherwise arranged.
5. Client Records & Confidentiality
Session notes may be taken to support your progress and are available to you upon request. These records are securely stored in line with GDPR and retained for a minimum of five (5) years. Your confidentiality will be maintained at all times, except where disclosure is required by law or where withholding information could result in harm to yourself or others.
Any information shared with other health professionals will only be done with your explicit consent.
6. Professional Standards
Jessica Boston is a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and abides by its Codes of Ethics and Conduct. The NCH provides a complaints process, available on request.
7. Supervision & Professional Development
Anonymous details from sessions may be shared with supervisors or professional peer groups for the purpose of ongoing development. This will never compromise your identity or confidentiality.
8. Health Declaration
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are not currently diagnosed with a psychiatric condition, psychological illness, or epilepsy, and are not under psychiatric care unless previously disclosed. Any relevant medical or psychological history must be disclosed before services begin.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content, materials, and resources provided during your participation (the "Programme Materials") remain the sole property of the Mentor. They are protected by copyright and provided for your personal use only under a single-user license.
10.2 You may not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any of the Programme Materials without prior written permission. Breach of this provision may result in legal action, and you agree to indemnify the Mentor for any associated losses or damages.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of these materials will be treated as a breach of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal enforcement.
10.4 Audio recordings or digital resources must not be used while driving or operating machinery. These materials are confidential and must not be shared. Access to digital files will remain available for a reasonable time after your final session to allow for download and personal storage.
11. Communication Policy
Communication outside of scheduled sessions will be limited to email or text unless otherwise arranged. Replies will be prompt, but responses over weekends or holidays may take up to two (2) working days.
12. Client Conduct & Termination
Respectful engagement is expected at all times. Any anti-social, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
