Despite successfully establishing herself as one of Barcelona’s top therapists, she has now relocated to London. She sees her clients at top wellness space Glow Bar, 70 Mortimer Street. She also sees her clients online (most of which come to her through word-of-mouth referrals) all over the world.

Jessica works predominantly on anxiety, depression, confidence and weight management. Because those were her biggest battles and she knows what it takes to beat them.

As a teen, Jessica spent years in and out of the offices of doctors, therapists and psychiatrists looking for a “fix” for her depression, anxiety and weight gain. It was her experience with Trevor Silvester, the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy that started her on a journey of radical self-change. As a result she was able to leave behind unwanted patterns, personal limitations and 30 kilos.

So she now helps her clients overcome a wide range of issues. From gaining control of their weight issues to understanding their emotions. Overcoming their anxiety, depression and panic attacks. Releasing fears or simply working through their mental blocks to be able to create magic. Also she is deeply committed to helping her clients get the results they are looking for. Delighting in working through their issues with humour and honesty. Always friendly, creative and open-minded, the sessions will be that way too.

She will guide you towards what you really want and in doing so open the way for you to see that nothing has to be the way it’s always been.


– Trained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, with it’s founder Trevor Silvester. At the internationally renowned Quest Institute, Regents University, London. Quest is a well respected authority in the field. It’s qualification requirements are of the most rigorous in the United Kingdom.

– Holds a Hypnotherapist Practitioner’s Diploma. The first nationally accredited Hypnotherapy qualification externally verified by:

*the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH)

*the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

*independently accredited by the Northern Advisory Council for Further Education (NCFE).
