Jessica Boston, HPD, CCHyp, DipCHyp, NLPMP, MNCH, MPMH

My name is Jessica Boston. I use Hypnosis therapeutically to facilitate change quickly and permanently. I work with Cognitive Hypnotherapy – a modern, flexible therapeutic approach that combines the most effective elements of Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, NLP, Gestalt, Evolutionary and Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It uses principles of Neuroscience to change the way you experience the world through redefining deep beliefs at the root of your issue at both a conscious and subconscious level. I combine Cognitive Hypnotherapy with Marisa Peer’s Rapid Transformational Therapy, Dr Roet’s Parts work, Hugh Osbourne’s Addiction protocol, Neuro-language Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy and the most effective techniques I’ve been trained in for intense transformation. You have a unique world of your own, so no to treatments are ever identical because we are all individuals.

The commonality are the principles I apply to the work we do together:

CURIOSITY to motivate you to become involved in your process and the master of your own thinking.

CREATIVITY to find the best solution to move you away from your problem and towards what you really want.

CLARITY to move aside the clouds of doubt in your mind and take back control.

All the while aligning you with your purpose and rebuilding your CONFIDENCE.

I became a certified Cognitive Hypnotherapist after experiencing dramatic changes in my own life. As a young adult I spent years in and out of doctors, therapists, healers, and psychiatrists offices looking for what was wrong with me. No-one could help me “fix” my depression and anxiety without medicine and even when I took medicine it didn’t help, it just made me numb. Nothing ever impacted me the way that Cognitive Hypnotherapy did.

This experience started me on a journey of radical change. Through understanding my way of thinking and leaving behind patterns of thought that no longer suited me, I shed personal limitations, changed careers, started my own business, lost 30 kilos and I am now in control of my anxiety and depression. As someone who’s spent the best part of her life as a prisoner of her own thoughts—I know how incredible it feels to leave that behind.

I hold a Hypnotherapy Practitioner’s Diploma—the first nationally accredited Hypnotherapy qualification externally verified by the National Council of Hypnotherapy, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and independently accredited by the Northern Advisory Council for Further Education. I trained with the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Trevor Silvester, at the internationally renowned Quest Institute, Regents University, London. Trevor is a very well respected authority in Therapeutic Hypnosis, with his qualification requirements being the most rigorous in the United Kingdom. Having trained with Trevor I am also a member of the QHCPA an association dedicated to documenting evidence based research on the efficacy of Cognitive Hypnotherapy. I am fully trained in The Marisa Peer Method after completing training with Marisa herself at Imperial College, London. I am also a member of the Association of Weight Loss Hypnotherapists

I am friendly, creative and very open-minded. Our sessions together will be that way. I delight in being invited into the wonderfully, weird inner worlds of my clients and shining a light on what we need to work on to make the changes. I help people all over the world overcome a wide range of issues and it’s likely that some of those are similar to yours. I won’t turn you into someone else, dull your shine, or hypnotize you into becoming less you. I want to help you maximize all that makes you who you are and guide you towards that person you know you can be more of. Helping you achieve what you really want in life and getting you to see that nothing has to be the way it’s always been.

I am fully insured and I abide by strict code of conduct and ethics of good practice.

Sessions are always completely confidential.

I am committed to continuous professional development, which ensures that I keep up to date with new techniques, ideas and schools of thought.
