Lack of confidence and self-esteem are learned behaviours that can be unlearnt. In most cases they are defense mechanisms your mind created to protect you from what it registered as possible rejection and failure. So the same way of thinking your mind used to create this lack of confidence, can be reversed so that you are able to be your most confident self. Replacing old negative beliefs with new ones, you will be able to let go of what holds you back and become the confident person you have always wanted to be.
